SUNNYVALE, Calif., Aug. 3 -- MiLAN Technology, a division of Digi International, has announced release of the MIL-S500, a pocket-sized, high-performance switch designed for use in small workgroup environments, home offices, and by field IT personnel.
"Tech support and IT engineers can carry the MIL-S500 in their pocket whenever they visit customers or remote campus sites," said Cathy Swan, product manger at MiLAN. "Because the MIL-S500 is rated Class B, it's also ideal for use in home offices which can use advanced switch features in a very small and rugged package."
