Solar Energy Initiatives Inc. of Ponte Vedra, Fla., a company dedicated to reducing the world’s dependence on fossil fuels by selling solar thermal and photovoltaic (PV) technologies, has reorganized its management team with the promotion of two executives. The board of directors appointed David W. Fann as chief executive officer, and Gregory N. Bakeman is president, effective immediately. Bakeman will continue to serve as chief financial officer. In conjunction with the management changes, Michael J. Dodak resigned from the daily activities of the company but will remain on the board. He now will focus on securing large solar development projects via his background within the renewable energy industry.
