ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Oct. 25 -- LightPath Technologies Inc.'s chief executive, Donald Lawson, resigned effective Tuesday. Lawson, who was with LightPath since 1995, also resigned as president and a director of the company.
Chairman Robert Ripp will assume the chief executive responsibilities, and the company has formed a search committee to evaluate both internal and external candidates for the position of president and CEO.
