IntexyS Appoints CFO, VP Engineering
Kevin Taylor has been named chief financial officer and Jiashu Chen as vice president of engineering at IntexyS Photonics SA, a Toulouse, France-based maker of integrated optical modules for telecommunications, data communications, defense and avionics. Taylor joined IntexyS in early September as head of finance and administration. He was formerly CFO at companies including Dane-Elec Memory, Pertec and Lectra Systems. Previously, he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse in Paris and with Arthur Young & Co. in England. Chen, who also joined IntexyS in July, is responsible for the design and development of optoelectronic modules and subassemblies. He is based at the IntexyS’ Sunnyvale, Calif., office. He previously held engineering and technical manager positions with Finisar Corp., Agere Systems and Lucent Technologies.
