Indium Announces Staff Changes

Indium Corp. recently announced it has appointed four of its staff members to new positions at its Clinton, N.Y., headquarters. Eric Slezak, director of business development, has new responsibilities as director of indium4mug.jpgIndium's assembly products business unit and will divide his time between Indium’s headquarters and its manufacturing facility in Chicago. Slezak joined Indium in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics assembly industry. He has an MBA from Northwestern University and earned a BA in chemistry from the University of Illinois. Ray Altieri, manager of solder paste products at Indium, was named manager of the solder products unit. He began working at Indium in 1987 in technical support and returned in 2000. Leo Devine, Indium's manager of wave solder and rework products, was named global accounts manager. He joined Indium in 2000. Tim Jensen, Indium's Pb-free programs manager, is now product manager for solder products, responsible for the development and technical service support of Indium’s full line of solder paste, wave flux, cored wire, bar solder and epoxy products. Jenson, who has been at Indium since 1997, has a BA in chemical engineering from Clarkson University and has written technical publications and numerous process and technical guidelines. Indium is a materials supplier to the electronics assembly, semiconductor fabrication and packaging, solar photovoltaic, and thermal management markets.
