WILSONVILLE, Ore., Nov. 13 -- InFocus Corp. will provide its projection technology to SVA Information Industry Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of China electronics company Shanghai SVA (Group) Co. Ltd. Under the agreement, InFocus will supply SVA with its DLP technology-based image engines for incorporation into SVA rear-projection televisions.
InFocus' research and development department worked with SVA engineers to modify the InFocus LP350 light engine for rear-projection television applications. SVA will use modified InFocus LP350 light engines in its DLP technology-based rear-projection televisions.
