SUNNYVALE, Calif., Aug. 3 -- Global Opticom Inc. announced the completion of its expanded facility in its US operation. The facility is being used for high-volume manufacturing of passive optic components. This growth is yet another phase of Global Opticom's expansion. Two production plants in China began operations at the beginning of this year. This added capacity allows off-the-shelf and customized orders of fused couplers, WDMs, DWDMs, OADMs, EDFAs, isolators, GFFs, and hybrids, the company said.
