SAINTE-FOY, Quebec, Canada, May 10 -- Gentec Electro-Optics Inc. was recently founded through a management buy-out. Michel Giroux and his brother Francois acquired 100 percent of the assets of the electro-optics division of Gentec Inc.
Today, the two companies are totally separated businesses evolving in two different marketplaces.
