KANATA, Ontario, April 3 -- GSI Lumonics Inc. has received an order for M430 WaferRepair Systems from a semiconductor producer. The total value of this order is approximately $6 million. The system supports both 300 mm and 200 mm wafer production for processing advanced SRAM, DRAM, logic and System-on-a-Chip devices. The systems are expected to ship throughout the year.
