Keith Horn was named senior vice president of marketing and sales at Fujitsu Microelectronics America Inc. (FMA), which provides semiconductor products and services for the networking, communications, automotive, security and other markets throughout North and South America. Horn was formerly FMA's vice president of marketing. He began his career in sales at Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe in Maidenhead, England, then moved to the marketing group in FME's headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. Ray Abrishami will be responsible for FMA's marketing organization. Abrishami is currently the senior director of engineering, responsible for system-on-chip (SoC) at FMA, including development of SoC products and system solutions for markets such as voice-over-IP, broadband wireless access and biometric sensors. Before joining FMA, he held senior engineering management positions at LSI Logic Corp. . . . Radiancy Inc., of Orangburg, N.Y., recently signed an exclusive worldwide marketing and distribution agreement with BioCell LP, of Austin, Texas, for erbium YAG technology for a handheld laser used for superficial skin peels that the companies say is an alternative to glycolic peels or microdermabrasion.
