Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc., a developer of medical optical imaging technology, announced that Linda B. Grable, CEO, chairman of the board and co-founder of the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., company, has retired effective April 15. Jay S. Bendis and Sherman Lazrus have been appointed co-chairmen of the board, and a search is underway for a new CEO. Allan L. Schwartz, executive vice president and CFO, will serve as interim CEO of the company, which has developed a computed tomography laser mammography system that creates 3-D cross-sectional images.
