Boseman, Mont.-based ILX Lightwave Corp., a developer of laser diode instrumentation and test systems, has been selected by InPhase Technologies, a Longmont, Colo., maker of holographic data storage media and systems, to supply multiple LDC 3700 precision laser diode controllers for integration into new holographic test stations.   . . .   Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc., a developer of medical optical imaging technology, announced that Linda B. Grable, CEO, chairman of the board and co-founder of the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., company, has retired effective April 15. Jay S. Bendis and Sherman Lazrus have been appointed co-chairmen of the board, and a search is underway for a new CEO. Allan L. Schwartz, executive vice president and CFO, will serve as interim CEO of the company, which has developed a computed tomography laser mammography system that creates 3-D cross-sectional images.
