Optiled Inc. announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the California Lighting Technology Center (CTLC), a new lighting innovation center based at the University of California, Davis, involving the California Energy Commission, the state's utility companies, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association and various other lighting companies. Optiled will work with the CLTC to identify emerging applications for LEDs and develop them to be used in residential and commercial settings.
