Brillian Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Three-Five Systems Inc. and a provider of microdisplay products, said its Brillian Z86D-3 SVGA microdisplay is powering the Shimadzu Dataglass2 high-resolution monocular head-mounted display (HMD). Shimadzu Corp., of Kyoro, Japan, will market the Dataglass2 for use with notebook PCs and test equipment devices such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
