William Naylor and Tony Ma were named Synopsys Fellows by complex integrated circuit (IC) designer Synopsys Inc. for their role in electronic design automation (EDA) technology innovation. This is a follow-on order to EVG's 200 mm SOI bonder installations at Soitec, a thin-film SOI wafers supplier.
