Johanson Fiber Optics Group, suppliers of engineered optical interconnect solutions, has just put the finishing touches on their new Web site, www.johansonfiber.com. The Web site will make it easier for customers to order custom-engineered fiber and multifiber assemblies and distribution units, as well as other components, the company said.
    Applied Biosystems Group, an Applera Corporation business, announced that it will now offer installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) validation support for the ABI PRISM 7700 Sequence Detection System. The company plans to offer similar IQOQ validation for the ABI PRISM 7900HT Sequence Detection System later this year. This new support is intended for customers in pharmaceutical and medical in vitro diagnostics development, and other research applications.
