Telephotonics Inc., a supplier of integrated optical components for DWDM systems, announced three key additions to their executive team. Paul Pedevillano, former founder/CEO for Virtual Markets Inc., joins Telephotonics as chief financial officer. Mehrdad Namin, formerly of Micro Networks Inc., was named vice president of operations and Wayne Sharfin, formerly of Lasertron, was named vice president of engineering.
   Isoment announced the addition of Henry H. Zenzie, son of the president, as the company's vice president. He has extensive training and experience in the laser systems and applications field.
