Cambridge Research & Instrumentation, of Woburn, Mass., was one of the winners of R&D Magazine’s R&D 100 Award for its Maestro in-vivo fluorescence imaging system, used in research involving small animals. The system allows the use of multiple fluorophores to detect and separate overlapping and difficult-to-distinguish signals, improvements over existing monochromatic in-vivo imaging systems, the company said.
