Kopin Corp., a developer of microdisplays, high-brightness light-emitting diodes and HBT transistors for mobile applications, has appointed Michael J. Landine to its board of directors. Landine, who will also serve on Kopin's audit committee, is vice president of corporate development for Cambridge, Mass.-based biotech company Alkermes Inc.Agilent Technologies Inc. has named Darlene Solomon vice president and director of Agilent Laboratories, its central research facility, effective immediately. She replaces Tom Saponas, who is retiring.
