New Focus Inc. said that chairman Milton Chang will step down and be replaced by board member R. Clark Harris. The company said Chang is leaving the board of New Focus to dedicate time to his new venture iNCUBIC.
Trimedyne Inc. said that Stephen J. Byrne, who has served as vice president of manufacturing, has been appointed vice president, operations, and Brian T. Kenney, who was vice president, international sales, has been appointed vice president, global sales and marketing.
