SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 18 -- Coherent Inc. has announced that Robert J. Quillinan will step down as CFO effective April 2002. Helene Simonet, Coherent's vice president of finance, Photonics Division, will be his successor.
Quillinan, who will retire in the spring of 2003, will continue on as an executive vice president and a board member.
