Telecommunications equipment maker Channell Commercial Corp. of Temecula, Calif., announced that its chief financial officer, Jerry Collazo, has resigned, effective when the company files its quarterly report for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006. The company said it has started searching for a replacement.
