BOCA RATON, Fla., March 14 -- CableRunner NA, a public/private business venture owned in part and operated by the City of Vienna, Austria, Water and Sewer Department (Wien Kanal Abwassertechnologien GmbH), has announced a partner agreement with GECKO International, which builds telecommunication facilities and fiber optic networks. Under the agreement, GECKO International will offer CableRunner NA's in-sewer fiber optic deployment solutions to its European customer base.
