WILMINGTON, Mass., Nov. 5 -- BOC Edwards, supplier of chemical management systems for the microelectronics industry, announced that Read-Rite Corp. of Fremont, Calif., has placed an order for its iSIS 1200 Slurry Blending and Distribution System. The systems will deliver chemical-mechanical polishing slurries to multiple points of use in support of disc drive head manufacturing.
