CHICAGO, Nov. 12 -- American Laser Enterprises Inc. (ALE) has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with Precitec Inc. Under the agreement, ALE's marketing unit, American Laser Spares, will offer Precitec OEM cables, nozzles and nonelectronic consumable components to its distributor network in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Precitec North America is based in New Hudson, Mich. Corporate headquarters are located in Gaggenau, Germany.
