Alphion Corp. Establishes Manufacturing Facilities in India
Alphion Corp., a Princeton Junction, N.J.-based manufacturer of communication systems, subsystems and discrete and integrated photonic components, announced today the establishment of research, development, customer support and manufacturing centers at Mumbai and Bangalore, India, to support the growing demand for its FTTx (fiber to the x) products in Asia. Alphion sells to service providers and OEM customers in the communications, CATV, FTTP (fiber to the premises), fiber-optic sensing and defense system markets.
