FORT WORTH, Texas, June 1 -- Alcon has reported a forthcoming agreement to purchase Summit Autonomous Inc. of Waltham Mass. for $19.00 per share. Summit Autonomous Inc. is a manufacturer of ophthalmic laser systems designed to correct common vision disorders. According to Alcon this acquisition will fulfill its commitment to enter the refractive surgical market.
