Agilent and Aeroflex Microelectronic Partner for RF Solutions

Agilent Technologies Inc. and Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions have announced a strategic alliance that will deliver RF and microwave components, and multi-chip module solutions to the military. Based in Santa Clara, Calif., Agilent is a measurement company dealing in communications, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis. Aeroflex, which is based in Plainview, NY, manufactures integrated circuits and packaging, motion control and motors, microwave and RF devices, components and subsystems. According to both companies, Agilent’s MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) combined with Aeroflex’s packaging and test capabilities will produce RF solutions for aerospace, satellite and military applications.
