About This Webinar
Broadband tunable lasers have long been considered essential for scientific research in fields such as fluorescence imaging and material science. Their versatility stems from their ability to cover several hundred nanometers of bandwidth. This capability lets researchers activate various fluorophores in samples, spanning absorption bands from the UV to the NIR regions. In material science, numerous techniques rely on broad-spectrum tunable light sources to study the absorption and emission dynamics of novel low-dimensional materials and systems.
For over 15 years, NKT Photonics has been providing researchers with supercontinuum sources that meet these critical requirements. In this talk, Nair explores some of the major applications that supercontinuum white light lasers have successfully supported over the years and highlight the most promising emerging trends.
