About This Webinar
Microscopes can change objectives or filters at the twist of a wheel – but large reconfigurations are also possible in a fraction of a second with no moving parts. Spatial light modulators (SLMs) provide 2D programmable phase control, acting as lenses, gratings, axicons, waveplates, and more, in endlessly remixable combinations.
This presentation will overview the emerging and creative ways SLMs are being used in microscopy, from 3D steering photostimulation beams to creating new resolution-enhancing beam shapes.
