About This Webinar
Precise, Nondestructive Coating Inspection with Hyperspectral Imaging
Coatings are essential for product quality, functionality, and durability across industries. Hyperspectral imaging is transforming quality control in coating and surface inspection by offering precise, real-time, and non-destructive spatial and spectral analysis by capturing a full spectrum at each point on the sample surface. It enables 100 % inspection of layer thickness, surface uniformity, and chemical composition across various materials and industries.

From PCB and battery electrode coatings to metallic bipolar plates for fuel cells, and from thin film thickness and wafer inspection in various industries—semiconductors, metal manufacturing, batteries, solar energy, and packaging—hyperspectral imaging helps ensure consistent quality, improve efficiency, and reduce waste across diverse manufacturing environments. This presentation offers a practical overview of hyperspectral coating inspection, real-world application examples, and guidance on choosing the right solution for your needs.
