PROVIDENCE, R.I., Aug. 30, 2023 — Custom ZnSe windows from Laser Research Optics are manufactured to OEM specification for use in laser power control, thermal imaging, and in the semiconductor industry where transmitting in the infrared spectrum is required. The optics can be custom built for any application, have coatings to achieve specific wavelengths from 7 to 11 µm, and feature dimensional tolerances ranging from ±0.001 to ±0.005 in. They are available in 3- to 6-mm thicknesses and meet ISO-10110 specifications. Surface finishes from 10-5 to 80-50 scratch-dig and flatness of 10 waves to 1/20 wave are offered.
