The Wi8i G2 PRO Wafer Vision Inspection Handler from ViTrox Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is an advanced wafer inspection solution for flexibility in wafer handling and use in different semiconductor processes.
Hardware and programming features accommodate both bare and mounted wafer inspection requirements, eliminating the need for hardware conversion on the wafer robot arm when inspecting these two wafer types of the same size. It also caters to Front Opening Unified Pod (FOUP) to accommodate 12 in. of bare wafer transferring. Robust vision optics provide high-quality images and integrate an advanced deep-learning algorithm in defect detection and analysis.
