The VISOR® UV vision sensor from SensoPart Industriesensorik GmbH features integrated UV illumination that can evaluate markings, inscriptions, and codes.
With comprehensive image processing functions, the VISOR® UV allows for application possibilities in object detection, measurement, robotics, and code reading. It is available with two different resolutions: V20 with 1440 × 1080 pixels and V50 with 2560 × 1936 pixels, and optionally with a monochrome or color chip. The color chip offers the additional option of filtering images according to color channels in order to maximize the contrast between the marker and the background and thus the detection reliability.
