Texas Instruments’ family of six Arm® Cortex®-based vision processors allow designers to add more artificial intelligence (AI) processing, in applications such as machine vision and autonomous mobile robots. The processors feature a system-on-a-chip architecture that includes extensive integration, internal memory, interfaces, and hardware accelerators that deliver from 1 to 32 tera operations per second of AI processing for deep learning algorithms. Designers can add vision and AI processing for up to 12 cameras in building, industrial, and retail automation applications.
