The HL40113MG and HL40115MG violet laser diodes from Ushio Inc. emit wavelengths of 405 nm at a continuous-wave, optical output power of 600 mW.
The devices provide improved wall-plug efficiency, slope efficiency, and an extended overall lifetime, reducing power consumption and heat dissipation requirements. Performance improvements enable longer-lasting, productive, cost-efficient violet laser systems. The laser diodes are optimized for applications such as laser direct imaging, including photolithography and printed circuit board manufacturing, as well as many biomedical and life science fields.
