The Gen2 XBT-3535 series from Luminus Devices are UV LEDs for surface disinfection, horticulture, phototherapy, and medical applications. With wavelength options of 265 nm, 275 nm, 285 nm, 308 nm, and 340 nm, the series also includes a smaller version of the 275 nm LED that has a power output of 20 mW at 150 mA. The rest of the LEDs have a power output of between 60 to 90 mW at 500 mA.
