The LINOS Reduced Outgassing UV F-Theta Ronar Lens from Excelitas Technologies supports higher UV pulse energies and shorter laser pulses required for laser material processing applications across the semiconductor, wafer processing, electronic display, and solar cell fabrication industries. Made with fused-silica and a broadband lens coating, the lens features a 340- to 360-nm wavelength range, a maximum scan field of 142 mm × 142 mm at a 10-mm scanner aperture, and a minimum spot size of 11 µm at a 15-mm scanner aperture.
