The Vitralit® UD 8055 and 8056 UV acrylic adhesives from Panacol-Elosol GmbH features dual-curing capabilities and a high glass transition range of >100 °C.
The adhesives can be used for encapsulating sensors and printed circuit board components, as well as bonding dissimilar substrates with undercuts or cavities. They cure primarily with UV light and have a secondary moisture post-cure mechanism to address shadowed areas. The adhesives provide reliable bonding, fast curing with LED systems, and high thermal stress resistance.
