The SF1 series of UV-C LEDs from Silanna UV cost effectively and quickly detects nitrates in water.
Designed for low-power, cost-effective contamination detection, the devices are based on patented short period superlattice technology for the 230- to 260-nm UV range. Silanna now provides a complete reference design for a nitrate detector based on this technology. In addition to nitrate detection, the LEDs can be used in sterilization, water and gas sensing, instrumentation, and medical analysis.
