The SBT-10X UV-A LED series from Luminus Devices achieves up to 5 W of flux from a single 1-mm2 class chip.
The LED improves end-system performance for demanding curing applications including 3D printing, curing, and maskless lithography. It is available in 365-, 385-, 395-, 405-, and 415-nm wavelengths and comes in a compact 3.5 × 3.5-mm surface mount cavity package. A flat borosilicate cover helps maximize optical coupling efficiency into the end system.
