The CrossLinkU™-NX FPGA family from Lattice Semiconductor are small embedded vision field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) that feature integrated USB device functionality. The utilization of the USB functionality helps accelerate USB-equipped system designs and simplify thermal management through a combination of a hardened USB controller and physical layer, a unique low power standby mode, and a complete set of reference designs. The family’s USB 2.0 and 3.2 can handle up to 480 Mbps and 5 Gbps, respectively.
