The Newport™ TLS260B series from MKS Instruments, Inc. are compact, fully-assembled, pre-aligned tunable light sources for applications in spectroscopy, materials research, and sensor and device characterization. The unified light sources allow for the generation and manipulation of monochromatic light using a single instrument, while providing white light or monochromatic light from 300 to 1800 nm with a spectral resolution of 0.5 nm. The Newport TLS260B series feature fast scan speeds, increased output power, and dual output port options from the company’s integrated CS260B Monochromator.
