Rugged tri-color displays from Pervasive Displays Inc. include a resin board attached to the glass substrate to protect the screen from breaking when bumped, dropped, or knocked.
The line of black, white, and red displays feature 3.7-, 4.2-, 4.37-, and 7.4-in. models. They can be used in wearable technology, logistics container labels, or tags on moving equipment or products. The displays remain readable even in bright sunlight or other harsh lighting conditions. Their near-180° viewing angle enhances their ease of readability. Low energy demands avoid the need for main power, allowing them to run for months or even
years using a small coin cell battery.
High pixel density from 117 to 130 dpi, a driving waveform, and the ability to render both text and images in red, white, and black provide rich, sharp, and detailed
information to users.
