Transceivers, Splitters, and Cables400G DR4 500-m transceivers, 400G DAC splitters, and 100G SFP-DD DAC cables for server/storage interconnects from Mellanox Technologies Ltd. are interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems.

The 400G LinkX product family of cables and transceivers are designed for cloud, HPC, Web 2.0, Enterprise, telecommunications, and storage data centers applications. They are often used to link top-of-rack switches downwards to servers, storage and appliances, and upwards in switch-to-switch applications.

All Mellanox cables and transceivers are designed for very low Bit Error Ratios of 1E-15, about 1000 × better than the IEEE industry standard. Error-free connectivity for both Ethernet and InfiniBand is particularly important for latency sensitive applications such as HPC networking, storage, artificial intelligence, and hyperscale computing.
