Our portfolio includes closed loop piezo nanopositioners, micropositioners, atomic force microscopes (AFM/SNOM) and single molecule microscopes. Our nanopositioning systems utilize our proprietary PicoQ® sensors for sub-nanometer, and even femtometer precision under closed loop control. When paired with our high-stability micropositioning products they offer nanoscale precision over long ranges.
We leverage our exceptional positioners for use in our nanoscopy instruments — AFM, SNOM, and RM21 Single Molecule Microscopes.
