VIENNA, Sept. 6, 2022 — Tilt Compensation PlatformThe Tilt Frame from UpNano GmbH is a tilt compensation platform for the two-photon polymerization (2PP) 3D printing of substrates.

The frame can be fitted with chuck holders for industrial standard wafers between 2 to 6 in., allowing correction of substrate differences in the µm range. It fits any NanoOne series of laser-powered 2PP 3D printing systems that can build structures across 12 orders of magnitude at high speed. Height measurements are taken at three substrate points through NanoFocus autofocus, obtaining correction values. Able to print structures at nm resolution and cm diameter, it can be used in electronics, micro-optics, and cell and medical research.
