The G1 1280 ASIC from InfiRay is a thermal module for night vision, power detection, automotive, remote sensing, and consumer applications. The module uses an LY infrared processing chip from InfiSense that is equipped with a 12-µm 1280 × 1024 high-resolution VOx ceramic infrared detector. The G1 can be flexibly connected to various intelligent processing platforms and features 30-Hz detector frame rate, an 8- to 14-µm spectral band, and a 42- × 42- × 26-mm form factor.
