PORT COQUITLAM, British Columbia, Jan. 24, 2025 — Emergent Vision Technologies TDI Line Scan CamerasThe Pinnacle LZT-8KG5 and LZT-16KG5 from Emergent Vision Technologies are time delay integration (TDI) line-scan cameras for applications such as semiconductor inspection, flat panel display inspection, and web inspection. By using an encoder, the cameras’ exposure or line rate can be synchronized to the movement of a conveyor or web and their sensors enable either higher speeds with the same lighting, or the same speed with lower lighting intensity requirements. The Pinnacle LZT-8KG5 is based on the 8K 256 TDI Gpixel GLT5008BSI back-side illuminated CMOS image sensor with a maximum line rate of 1000 KHz and the LZT-16KG5 is based on the 16K 256 TDI Gpixel GLT5016BSI back-side illuminated CMOS image sensor with a maximum line rate of 500 KHz.
