The GLT5009BSI-DUV from Gpixel is an image sensor optimized for sensitivity in the deep ultraviolet (DUV) portion of the spectrum to support semiconductor inspection. The true charge-domain time delay and integration (TDI) sensor has two 9072-pixel photosensitive bands of 256 stages and 32 stages, respectively, enabling a high dynamic range imaging mode. The GLT5009BSI-DUV also features 12-bit and 10-bit modes, antireflection coating, and photosensitivity at a length of 45.36 mm.
