Superresolution Microscopy Technology
Oxford InstrumentsRequest Info
SRRF-Stream superresolution microscopy technology from Andor Technology Ltd. is now available on single-photon sensitive iXon electron multiplying charge-coupled device (EMCCD) cameras.
SRRF-Stream unlocks real-time superresolution fluorescence microscopy on most modern microscopes, using conventional fluorophores at low illumination intensities, thus making it highly compatible with live-cell imaging. A resolution improvement from 2- to 6-fold, resulting in a 50- to 150-nm final resolution can be expected for most datasets.
SRRF-Stream accomplishes real-time superresolution with large field-of-view superresolution images. An EMCCD full field-of-view superresolved image can be readily generated at a rate of >1 Hz, easily pushing up to >10 Hz through use of smaller region-of-interest sizes.
